2019 Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race Update

Hobart, 28 December 2019– The Australian Maxi Comanche was first to finish the 2019 Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race covering the 628-nautical mile course in a time of 1 day, 18 hours, 30 minutes & 24 seconds. InfoTrack was second over the line, some 45 minutes behind her rival.

Meanwhile, the main body of the 157-strong international fleet is streaming across Bass Strait and down the eastern seaboard of Tasmania, deftly demonstrating the spirit of determination and pursuit of excellence encapsulated by the race and so admired by Title Sponsor, Rolex. For those still on the course, their attention is firmly on the main prize, the Tattersall Cup and overall victory on handicap at the 75th anniversary edition of this epic offshore contest.
