One of the Maison’s most distinctive timepieces has a new dial
Blazing the trail for oversized cases in the 1990s and still one of watchmaking lovers’ favourite models, Traversetolo is about to show off a new look. The painstaking attention dedicated to the dials is one of the strengths of this model, whose large case showcases the constructions from the Swiss tradition.
The new Traversetolo flaunts an original look of intense green with a black reflection, a colour that is as sober as it is unusual. The green colour, always a symbol of hope, rebirth and force of nature, was not chosen by chance. “Hope” is an invitation to live this moment with confidence and courage, so that hope is transformed into strength and the challenge that awaits us all can be overcome.
Enriched with the “soleil” finish that brings depth to the dial, the new proposal has elegant applied indexes and the characteristic running seconds counter that intersects with the minutes train complete the elegant, unmistakeable look.
Traversetolo comes in a closed caseback version and in a “Vitré” variant that enables the movement to be seen through the sapphire glass caseback.
The new model will be available at Authorised Eberhard & Co. Dealers from early this summer.
